Shipping Guide within the UK

Orders up to 1kg with a value up to £39 – Royal Mail First Class Recorded, prices from £3.50.

Orders up to 1kg with a value over £39 – Royal Mail Special Delivery, prices from £6.

Orders up to 2kg small packet of any value – DPD Expresspak Next Day Before 12pm - £9.95.

Orders between 2kg & 30kg parcel of any value – DPD Parcel Next Day Before 12pm - £9.95.
 
Shipping within the UK

All products will be sent via Royal Mail or DPD Courier dependant on the consignment and the most appropriate method. Shipping costs will be dependent on the weight, size and value of the product(s).

We aim to process and dispatch orders on the same day by Royal Mail if ordered before 4pm, by DPD if ordered by 1.30pm subject to stock availability, however, all orders placed after 4pm will be sent the next working day.

Orders totalling under £39 excluding shipping costs will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Orders totalling £39 and above excluding shipping costs will automatically be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD Next Day. All products are insured to the agreed value of total order cost.

Please note Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery is not guaranteed next day and can take 1-3 working days. Royal Mail Special Delivery and DPD Parcel Next Day is guaranteed next day delivery. All above are subject to Royal Mail and DPD operating conditions.

International Shipping

All products will be sent via Royal Mail International or DPD International dependant on the consignment and the most appropriate method. Shipping costs will be dependent on the weight, size and value of the product(s).

We aim to process and dispatch international orders within 3 working days.

We cannot be liable for the product(s) once dispatched from the UK. Tracking and insurance is supplied with this service.

Returns Policy

In the case of a return due to the product being proven damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied by ourselves we will refund your purchase in full amount including the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs incurred. These terms are only valid if we have been informed that the product(s) is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied within 72 hours of delivery. We will refund in the same form of payment you originally used for your purchase within 7 days of us receiving the product. We will retain proof of refund for any future references.

If you have returned the product and after our inspection we find that the product is not defective we reserve the right to charge you for the product(s) and all shipping costs incurred.

In the case of a return due to a wrongly ordered product we will refund your purchase with exception to the original shipping costs and return shipping costs which will be covered by the consignment and a 10% restocking charge will apply. Products being returned must be in original packaging and undamaged. These terms are only valid if we have been informed that the product(s) has been wrongly ordered within 72 hours of delivery. We will refund in the same form of payment you originally used for your purchase within 7 days of us receiving the product. We will retain proof of a refund for any future references.

We cannot be responsible for return shipping damages on returning items.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred by parts that are not fitted by ourselves.

We are not liable for any work carried out by others on parts supplied by ourselves.
